Erica Carpenedo is an accomplished violinist who has toured Europe, the United States, and Asia as a soloist and chamber musician. She holds a BM degree from Conservatorio Giuseppe Tartini di Trieste and a Masters of Music degree from DePaul University in Chicago, where she studied on a full scholarship. Erica has been featured as a soloist with several orchestras, including the RGS Orchestra of Singapore and the College of Charleston Symphony Orchestra.
Throughout her career, Erica has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Maxim Vengerov, Janine Jansen, and Gidon Kremer, and performed under conductors like Riccardo Muti and Daniel Oren. She is a laureate of multiple competitions, including the MTNA Competition and the International Competition Premio Città di Padova.
Erica performs regularly with her string quartet, the Carpenedo Quartet, and collaborates with various ensembles across genres, from classical to jazz and Latin music. She is currently a violin teacher and chamber music coach at Merit School of Music and Alice S. Pfaelzer Conservatory.
